Blue Cross Order shall promote the active practice of the principles of the Lay Apostolate addressed by His Holiness Pope Pius XII, and in conformity with the Pontifical Decree on the Apostolate of the Laity Apostolicam Actuositatem promulgated by His Holiness Pope Paul VI.
The Blue Cross Order shall do any required effort in the support of the reunification of the two Apostolic Churches, that is the Eastern Church and the Western Church, in One, Holy, Apostolic, firmly established on Christ Jesus.
